CreditorDesk

Brand IdentityUser Interface Design

Made by:

Hubsolv is a company cofounded by Fraser Hamilton and Lewis Black who, after working on the insolvency field for years, identified a problem pertaining to the industry: the difficulty to administer and monitor debt management cases harmoniously.

Since 2014, the company has been developing applications to help solve this issue.

Fraser and Lewis turned to Toptal to work on the logotype and graphic interface, in order to be able to test their product; given that they were planning on launching CreditorDesk, a web platform where different actors (people/ companies dealing with debt, creditors and accountants) can manage their cases.

This is how we started working with Fraser in an initial research phase, which enabled us to find insights that provided support for the subsequent graphic development.

Our approach

We suggested, to the Hubsolv team, that we visually explore the idea of dialogue and a common space proposed present in the brand. Very different options came up in this initial exploration.

After that initial exercise, we agreed upon some basic points:

The product

Once we had defined the elements pertaining to CreditorDesk’s visual identity, we started working on the actual product. The client already had precise wireframes that were tested, so our work was focused on the graphic resolution of the main interface functionalities.

We created a small library with the graphic styles of the interface, in order to facilitate the subsequent app implementation. Thereby, the Hubsolv crew will be able to develop new functionalities, while respecting the guidelines that were established.
