Paramount Decisions is a software that helps different organizations (construction, health, education, etc.) work collaboratively in their decision making processes. This organization uses the CBA method (Choosing by Advantages), which reduces the amount of time necessary to reach a consensus.
Nawras and Doahn, co-founders of this startup, turned to Toptal with an initial functional prototype of the app. This first experiment allowed them to compile valuable feedback from users, as well as the confidence necessary to move to a more advanced version of the platform. This is the context in which we started working on the design of the product.
Together with the Paramount Decisions team, we decided to structure the work into three stages:
→ An initial UX phase, where we went through an exhaustive revision of the product’s functional prototype, in order to develop high fidelity wireframes of the platform, taking into consideration the feedback provided by users.
→ A second phase, which consisted of the interface design, where we set out to create and document a thorough and standardized design system, connecting all the components in the site. In this way, we were able to ensure consistency throughout the platform and the incorporation of new functionalities in the future.
→ Lastly, we focused on developing the brand and its application in different marketing items: institutional site, promotion material, stationery, etc.
The platform is organized through a dashboard, where the user can access all the different projects in one place.
We created an intertwined version of the Startup’s initials for this logotype. This generated a versatile symbol, capable of working in different formats.
